When I first moved to New York City, I thought, I know, I have to rent somewhere, so I’ll go on Airbnb, because that’s what I’m good at, but it turns out that I can do better.
And when I find a home for sale in my neighborhood, I’m not averse to letting it go.
“There are some houses that I’d be happy to sell to raise money for charity or for other reasons,” says my friend, Rachel.
“I’m not the biggest fan of being able to buy homes for myself.
But there are also houses that are for sale for under $500,000.
You could get a home that’s worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and you’d never know it.”
Rachel is from the US, and has lived in the US for a decade, in her 20s.
She moved to the US to be with her boyfriend.
“He lives in New Jersey and I was living in the suburbs, so we’re pretty close, but not quite as close as I’d like to be.
So it’s been a little bit easier for me because I know that he doesn’t want to move out.”
But, she says, there are some properties that are worth more than $3 million.
“It’s not just that there are really nice homes in the city.
I think there are lots of nice properties that aren’t available for sale, because they’re really difficult to sell.”
Rachel’s advice: If you can afford to buy a property for under the $500k mark, do it.
Rachel’s husband lives in an older, less expensive house, but they’re not keen on buying one for their son.
Rachel says that many people are more likely to buy one that’s not quite on the market than it is to sell it.
“They think, ‘Oh, I’ll just buy it.
They’ll be so glad to have it’.
It’s really hard to find a good one for that price.”
Rachel and her boyfriend are in the process of selling a home, but she still doesn’t know what they want for it.
She says: “We are in love with this house, and we are not going to sell the house.”
Rachel also says that if you want a property that’s a little less than $2.5 million, there’s a very good chance that it’s going to be on the block.
“If it’s a really good home, that’s going’t sell.
But if it’s less than that, it’s probably going to come out.”
Rachel says she has a “good” idea of what she’s looking for, and she’s not afraid to tell her friends that she’s interested.
She adds: “I just want to tell everyone I know.
I’m just not scared of selling.”
Rachel agrees with the other two friends who have bought homes for themselves.
“A lot of people will come and tell you that they bought their house, or they’re going to buy their house,” she says.
“But you’re never going to know.”
Rachel, who is originally from New Zealand, is originally an artist, but her mother is a professional musician.
She studied music and theatre at New York University.
“My mum taught me how to sing and play the piano,” Rachel says.
Rachel and Rachel’s boyfriend have a history of musical theatre in New Zealand.
Rachel played the role of Vivienne in the musical The Lion King.
“She would have sung like a flute and I would have done what she did,” Rachel recalls.
Rachel was a member of a band that toured across the US.
“We had our first tour of the United States in ’91,” Rachel tells me.
You’re like ‘Oh wow, that wasn’t so bad. “
You go out, you’re like, oh, that was fun.
You’re like ‘Oh wow, that wasn’t so bad.
It was fun.”
Rachel moved to NYC in 2008.
She has lived there for the past two years and says she’s a regular in the neighborhood.
“Every now and then, I will go in the house for a walk.
I’ve been there in the past and it’s just amazing,” she explains.
“That’s a great place for people to get together and have a drink, and be a family.”
Rachel tells the story of when she first arrived in New City.
“Before I arrived, the property was really cheap, but I bought it for a lot less than I thought it was going to cost.
And I don and have always been a fan of the area. “
Now, it is one of the best houses I’ve ever lived in.
And I don and have always been a fan of the area.
It’s such a good neighborhood.”
Rachel has never owned a home in New Yorker, New Jersey, or anywhere else in New Yorks history.
“People have always called New York home, and I don-and I donít know how long I
